Refund policy

All items from Midlife Elegance Apparel and Designs are made to order. Each piece is designed and pressed just for you after you place your order, so all sales are final. We cannot accept returns or exchanges on made to order items, including personalized items. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email info@stephaniedemelo.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will remake or replace the item at no cost to you.
